Today’s upper pull workout hits the horizontal pulling pattern with some paused bent over rows. Leave your ego at the door and focus on quality movement with a true 2-second pause at the chest. Volume on the lat pull-down and some curls round out this upper body blast.

3 sets:
30-seconds Cat/Cow stretch
30-seconds scap push-ups in quadruped
30-seconds bent over plate-to-chest hold

4 sets:
Barbell bent-over row x8 reps @20X2
90-seconds between sets
*Use a weight that feels like a 7-8/10 effort for all 5 sets

4 sets:
12 reps, lat pull down, no rest
25 reps, band face pull

3 sets:
15 reps, dumbbell curl to press
60-seconds rest between sets
