This is the final Bombproof Legs workout in the Foundations 1 training block. 5×5 is the class strength and muscle building set and rep scheme. Have fun and know that this workout will push your lower body training as far as you’re willing to take it.

3 sets:
30-seconds cat/cow stretch
5 reps, seated good morning @3311
20 reps, Kettlebell swing

5 sets:
Trap bar deadlift x5 reps @20X1, rest 90-seconds between sets
*Use a weight that feels like a 7-8/10 for all 5 sets.

3 sets:
20 steps, dumbbell death march
60-seconds rest between sets

4 sets:
25 Kettlebell swings
60-seconds rotating plank (front-side-front-side)
60-second rest between sides
