On today’s Bombproof legs we are exploring some lower rep ranges. Keep the tempo strict but push those weights to challenge you at the lower reps. We’ll end the workout with a walking lunge finisher that is sure to leave an impression.
3 sets:
8 reps, (Forwards lunge, Backwards lunge, Air squat)
20 reps, Alternating bench step-overs
6 sets: Squat variation (Back squat, front squat, goblet squat) x4 reps @22X1
Rest 90-seconds between sets
*Use a weight that feels like a 7-8/10 effort for all 6 sets
4 sets, 30-seconds work, 30-seconds rest:
Swiss ball hamstrings curls
5 sets:
20 Steps, Walking lunge (dumbbells in farmers carry grip)
Rest 60-seconds between sets
