These total body circuit workouts are all performed with light weights and at a HIGH intensity. Don’t sacrifice intensity or quality of movement for load. These workouts are naturally hard when you attack them the way they’re intended.
4 sets, performed as fast as possible:
20-seconds tuck jumps
20-seconds air squats
20-seconds alternating forward lunges
*1-2 minutes rest between sets
8 reps, step-down box jumps, no rest
8 reps, complex: 2 step-back lunges holding a kettlebell + 2 alternating kettlebell halos, 60-seconds rest
6 reps per side, dumbbell side lunge, no rest
12 reps, double dumbbell curl to press
