Rest days are important but if you aren’t following the program day by day and today is one of your training days, then you can pick a day from last week and get caught up on something you missed.
If you’re following the program strict, then take today as a self-care day. Stretch, use a foam roller or go for an easy walk. Take some time to be mindful and assess how you’re feeling following the program.
