Welcome to week 4 of pre-season training. Week 3 saw us on the trail or on the road 3 times. I hope you’re diligently putting those miles in. Now is the time when we transform what we developed in the gym into sport-specific skill.
Today’s workout sees us starting on the bench. Stick to the prescribed tempo here and control the entire movement. The workout of the day is short and intense. These 5 rounds will go by faster than you think so dig deep and make sure you’re maintaining excellent movement throughout.
