Big day today. We’ve got full pack weight and a reasonably long duration. For something like this, you should DEFINITELY be fueling throughout and taking your hydration seriously. Aim for 60-80 grams of carbs per hour of exercise. If you like gels, you can use those, but I prefer to use some powder and put it in my hydration pack. Whatever you chose, plan ahead, test it out, and be safe.
Ruck 2-3 hours @ full pack weight, high degree of difficulty.
