Simple and effective is all we’re getting from today’s workout. This is pure meat and potatoes and shouldn’t take you more than 30-minutes from start to finish. Near the weekends we’re going to prioritize a little more volume and intensity. Remember, just because it’s short doesn’t mean it will be easy.

4 sets, heavy across:
6-8 reps barbell bent over row
*Use a weight that feels like an 8-10 rep max for all 4 sets

10 burpees
20 step-down box jumps
