Yesterday’s hard ruck likely has you feeling pretty beat up. Take it easy on the deadlifts today; we only want one or two tough sets to keep the movement fresh. The second piece of today’s workout is for restoration. In restoration workouts, our primary goal is blood flow. We primarily utilize concentric movements or exercises with low demand on lowering the weight. This is not for score, only for completion.

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5-5
*Build to 1 or 2 heavy sets of 5 for the day

100 alternating box step-ups *box at or below knee height
30 sit-ups
100 single skips
30 push-ups *break into manageable sets
100 walking lunge steps
30 body rows
100 single skips
