I’ve talked nearly to exhaustion about the value of rest days in terms of recovery from training but also in their value to future planning. At this stage you should be dialling in your pack, thinking about nutrition for your hunt, and prioritizing preparation. Whether it’s studying maps, tuning your gear, or journalling, rest days are not for Netflix.
