Today is all about moving fast. Ideally, we want to be specific and train with the pack. But, if you can’t get out with the pack then an interval run is always a great stand-in. If for some reason you can’t do either then maybe it’s time to check your priorities and commitment to training. Don’t be that guy.

5 min in Zone 2
6 sets:
3 minutes in Zone 4
2 min in Zone 1
5 min Zone 1
