Following two pretty tough days, we’re due for something light. Especially at this time of the season, when you’re putting in hard hours over the weekend, the weekdays should be a little more manageable.
If you can get out for an easy hike, then do that. If you need a little extra recovery, then prioritize some self-care in the form of stretching or massage.
Also, ensure you’re prioritizing your sleep and topping up that fuel tank with quality nutrition.
