Today is a high-intensity training session. Light and fast is the focus. If you have easy access to the trails, then that is best but running is still an excellent substitute.

60-90 minute ruck with 25% pack weight, difficult terrain


5 min in Zone 1
5 min in Zone 2
4-6 sets:
3 minutes in Zone 4
2 minutes in Zone 1
5 min Zone 1
