We are almost into moose and whitetail season here in BC which means that a lot of you will be getting out for more weekend and day hunts. If you’re still hitting week-long adventures then stay on the program and work HARD in the lead-up to your hunt.
If you’re back with a full freezer and just getting out for day trips or overnights then this program is structured to keep you as ready as possible. Hit the workouts with moderate intensity, focusing on maintenance and quality.
