Time in the gym is valuable right now. We need to make sure it’s efficient and succinct. Today’s training hits all the important parts of an upper-body and core workout, leaving no stone left unturned.

3 rounds, for quality:
200m row
25 band pull-a-parts
20 alternating down-dog to toe-touch
45-seconds reverse plank hold

3 sets, heavy across:
8 bar dips
90-seconds rest between sets
*Adjust the difficulty to something that feels like an 8-10 rep max for all 3 sets
*If you don’t have bars for bar dips then do deficit push-ups

3 sets, heavy across:
8-10 reps per arm single-arm dumbbell bench press
10 plate pull-overs
60-seconds rest

6 sets:
30-seconds TRX or ring fallouts
30-seconds rest
