Depending where you are relative to your next hunt will determine what this day looks like. If you’re heading out tomorrow for 10 days, keep it short and feel your body out. If you have a few more weeks, then you can stretch this out to something that will test your limits. The goal of today is to find those limits and glimpse them. You never want to be doing something for the very first time when your life or the life of a friend is on the line. Take yourself seriously and make this session something you’ll benefit from.
