The most important thing about today is getting some weight on the body. Whatever you MIGHT have to carry on your hunt, you should have at least felt that weight at some point in training. You can do something as simple as walking around the neighbourhood with 100lbs on. Or you can take some time out of your day and go somewhere. The important thing is to get some weight on the body and feel it out.
