Today’s workout is simple. Hit some heavy barbell, accumulate a bit of volume on the entire body and rest up for the weekend. If you’ve been following along, you know that the program is intended to be heavy on the weekends. You have two big days coming up, so make sure you’re ready.

2 sets, for quality:
10 reps, Cat and Cow stretch
10 reps push-ups toe touche
5 reps, right-side single-arm press @light weight, into…
20-meters, right-arm overhead carry
5 reps, left-side single-arm press @light weight, into…
20-meters, left-arm overhead carry

Strict press 5-5-5-5-5-5
*Build to 1 or 2 heavy sets of 5 reps for the day

8-10 dumbbell bench press
12 kettlebell swings
8-10 supinated grip body rows
12 kettlebell swings
60-second weighted plank

    First real workout besides the sprints and a few light hikes since coming off the sheep hunt. I came back 15lbs lighter than I left. Not going back on another expedition style hunt this fall, so cut way back on carbs to keep leaning out. Trying to fat adapt, definitely not easy.
