Getting extra steps in is always a benefit and the improvements in health are too many to list. Some other great options are massage, float tank, meditation, yoga, or food prep. Remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Feeding your body right now is incredibly important and if you need to prioritize nutrition as part of your recover then take advantage of a day off from training.
