The In-season training is structured to mimic what a weekend hunt might look like. Today isn’t a hard day, but it does have you working with your full pack weight. Pick easier terrain for this one. You can walk on a treadmill or around your neighbourhood, or if you have access to easy trails then hit those. What we are looking for is specificity. Feel the weight and get used to it.
