Gym days call for maintenance strength and restoration work. The upper body needs love too and the first part of today’s workout is all about moving the upper body and preparing for a heavy set on the bench. Finish off with some accessories and a short, ten-round circuit.

10 reps scap push-ups
20 band external rotations
10 supinated grip body rows
10 reps per side, single-arm dumbbell press
Bench press 5-5-5-5-5-5
*Build to 1 or 2 heavy sets of 5 reps for the day
*Post load to comments
20 alternating gorilla rows
60-seconds rest between sets
15-meters 90/90 bottoms up kettlebell carry
