As the weather improves and people are hitting the trails rucking, running, etc. we’re seeing a lot of knee pain questions coming into the DMs.
For most people, once that knee pain kicks-in, the easiest solution is to avoid the painful movement. This might work for a single training session, but it definitely won’t stop the pain from coming back or fix the root issue.
Wardo goes over a few simple drills you can do on a daily basis to get the most out of your knees, train pain free, and get stronger for those long days in the mountains.
