As the weather improves and people are hitting the trails rucking, running, etc. we’re seeing a lot of knee pain questions coming into the DMs.
For most people, once that knee pain kicks-in, the easiest solution is to avoid the painful movement. This might work for a single training session, but it definitely won’t stop the pain from coming back or fix the root issue.
Wardo goes over a few simple drills you can do on a daily basis to get the most out of your knees, train pain free, and get stronger for those long days in the mountains.
Join the BTK Mountain Hunter training program and build the strength, durability, grit, and endurance you need to take on the mountains this season.
