Today’s total body workout has us developing some power with a superset of heavy kettlebells and box jumps. Focus on being explosive through both the swings and the jumps. On the box jumps, land high in your squat with a gentle and quiet landing.

5 sets:
10 heavy Russian kettlebell swings, no rest
5 explosive box jumps, 45-seconds rest

4 sets:
10 reps, side lunge to the right, 30-seconds rest
10 reps, side lunge to the left, 30-seconds rest
*Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell at your chest

15 minutes @continuous pace:
50-foot bear crawl
10 supinated grip body rows
20 alternating dumbbell box step-ups
