Saturday is the most demanding day in our training program. This is the type of session that should test your will to persevere. Just because the pack is a little lighter means you get to slack. We want continuous movement for the entire duration of your ruck. No breaks, no snacks, no basking in the beauty of nature. We are training today and that means head down, eyes forward.

Ruck with a pack at roughly 45% weight for 2-3 hours on variable terrain.
