Upper body strength, especially in the pull-up is massively underserved. Strength coaches talk about push-to-pull ratios all day long but rarely do we see a PRIORITY placed on upper body pulling strength. Hit this pull-up workout with the same intensity as you’d bring to your squats, deadlifts, and bench press.
Today’s workout of the day uses the interval method. Including some rest in our workout allows for a much higher intensity to be maintained across rounds. Record your time each round with the goal of matching or beating your time from the previous round.
