Today’s workout of the day again takes lots of inspiration from CrossFit. Just remember, the first priority of this workout is quality movement. Push your fitness but make sure you maintain good form. If you are struggling with maintaining solid technique then REST. These are hard workouts and if you’re working at an appropriate level then you should definitely be taking breaks for recovery.
Consider 3 sets of 7 reps in the round of twenty-one, 3 sets of 5 reps in the round of fifteen, and 5 then 4 reps to finish the round of nine.
Strict pull-up, 5-5-5-5-5-5
*Starting with an easy difficulty, build over the course of 6 sets, working to 1-2 tough sets of 5 for the day
