Week one of our Pre-season training block is in the books and hopefully everyone was able to get out on the trails this weekend. Let us know how the body held up and if you saw any difference in your strength or stamina.
You’ll notice that this week follows a fairly similar schedule as last week. This schedule will continue for the next 5 weeks. You’ll see lifting and CrossFit on Monday and Friday with Wednesday being a day for lifting and accessory exercises. The accessory exercises on Wednesday are meant to challenge your ability to move in multiple planes. Tuesday will be your recovery day with a light hike or run. Finally, Thursday and Sunday are more about further developing your fitness.
