Rest days are an opportunistic day in your training week. Use your rest days wisely. You can either catch up on missed training, spend quality time with friends and family, prepare yourself for the week to come, or hit up a recovery/restoration activity. Whatever you do, make sure that you’re filling your cup so you can prioritize your goals this coming week.
