Today’s workout focuses mostly on single-arm and single-leg exercises. These exercises place a larger demand on balance and stability, two factors that play heavily into success in unforgiving terrain.

*Starting with a light weight, build over the course of 6 sets, working to a heavy set of 5 for the day
*Post weight to comments

4 sets:
6-8 reps per arm, single-arm dumbbell bench press, no rest
10 reps per arm, split stance band row, 60-seconds rest

4 sets:
10 reps per side, kettlebell cross-body deadlift, 30-seconds rest between sides

6 sets, 40s on, 20s off:
Low-bear KB/DB drags
